Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced and skilled Welders to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in welding, particularly with manufacturing systems, and must demonstrate precision, attention to detail, and the ability to meet high-quality standards. Welders will be responsible for performing welding tasks using various tools and equipment, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Perform welding tasks as required, following blueprints and specifications.
Work with different types of welding materials and processes.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Inspect work pieces for defects and ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
Participate in cross-training activities to support other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven welding experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
Flexibility to adapt to different tasks and work areas.
Note: This position is subject to change upon hire based on operational needs, and all candidates will be cross-trained in various roles.
