As a 3D BIM Modeler, you will create, manage, and maintain 3D Building Information Models (BIM) for commercial concrete construction projects. This role requires expertise in BIM modeling, concrete construction, and problem-solving, as well as collaboration with project teams to ensure models meet specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and update 3D BIM models for concrete construction projects.
• Create and manage detailed models for formwork, reinforcement, and placement.
• Prepare BIM documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to coordinate project information.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts between building systems.
• Utilize BIM software (Tekla, SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, etc.) for project visualization and planning.
• Provide technical support and training on BIM processes and tools.

Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelors degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in BIM software (Tekla, SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Strong understanding of concrete construction methods and industry standards.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to exert 25-50 pounds of force occasionally and travel as required.
• Current drivers license with a clean driving record.

This is a full-time, on-site position requiring regular travel to project locations across the U.S.
