Responsibilities Support clinical trials by assisting with data management, patient pre-screening, and record-keeping. Coordinate and manage the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) to ensure accurate documentation and billing. Archive trial documentation, scan paper records, and convert them to electronic formats. Collect and distribute performance metrics for leadership review. Maintain communication with research staff and external partners, ensuring regulatory compliance. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred. 1 year of experience in data management, healthcare administration, or related field; or current enrollment in relevant academic programs.
