Job Description

Our growing company is looking for part time office staff to join our growing team. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications.

The position that needs filling is as follows:
  • Administrative Assistants ( all job fields for example medical, law firms, office, banks ).

 
Responsibilities for the positions:

  • Performing various clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, copying, data entry and email correspondence. 
  • Assist with office operations, including maintaining office files, supplies and equipment.
  • Greet public and clients and direct them to the correct staff member.
  • Provide support to customers via phone, email and other channels. 
  • Manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently.


Qualifications for Temporary Administrative Assistant:

  • 1-2 years direct experience in a support function role.
  • Requires a strong typing skill and knowledge of various office software. 
  • Great at time management.
  • Extensive knowledge of the function, organization, industry, policies, procedures and services.
  • Answers telephone calls and tactfully handles inquires and/or transfers calls to appropriate party.
  • Ability to exercise a high attention to detail and initiative.
  • A HS diploma and a minimum of 3 years' experience providing C-Level executive support.
  • Adobe products, MS office, database, graphic design, web content management.
  • Maintain calendar and secure travel arrangements as directed.


DAYS Varies by company.

PAY RATES are between $18.00-$35.00 an hour.
