About the Company
Greenwood & McKenzie specializes in acquisition, financing, managing and sale or exchange of real estate investment properties for investor clients. The firm works to acquire and/or manage properties for investors who prefer sole ownership of real estate and forms private syndications tailored to the needs of small investor groups to acquire income producing properties and participate in land development projects.
About the position
We are seeking an Admin/Office Manager with some HR assistant duties to support the company and ensure the smooth operations of the company’s office environment. You will report directly to the executive team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and possesses a strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic fast-paced setting.
· Provide comprehensive support to the executive team.
· Ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently, overseeing office supplies and sorting incoming mail.
· Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
· Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external clients, handling inquiries and providing exceptional service.
· Coordinate internal events and meetings, ensuring they are executed flawlessly.
· Maintain confidential documents and records, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
· Assist with HR-related tasks, including timecard management, monthly trainings and filing.
· Address any issues that arise in the office and propose solutions to prevent future problems.
Skills/Qualifications
· Experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, or similar role.
· Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Experience in handling confidential information with discretion.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
· Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to solving problems and managing workloads.
Education/Experience
· High school diploma or higher education preferred.
· At least 3 years of experience as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant or Operations.
Additional Requirements
· Full - Time position.
· Must pass background and employment history check.
· Must be able to frequently ascend and descend stairs.
· Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
