We are seeking an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT for our ELDER LAW FIRM . This is an entry-level position with exceptional growth opportunity for a bright, personable college graduate. The ideal candidate possesses sharp attention to detail and excellent writing skills. English majors are encouraged to apply. If you graduated from college within the last five (5) years, you must include your college transcript with your resume to be considered for the position.

Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondence and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls and make calls to clients, financial institutions and governmemt agencies.
- Occassionally meet wirh clients in health care facilities or their homes
- Perform a variety of office tasks including, but not limited to, assisting attorneys in supervising the execution of estate planning documents, organizing bank and brokerage account statements, accurately tagging specific transactions in those statements, completing insurance and government forms, scanning, copying, assemblying printed document packets for clients, and having extensive interaction with clients. You need only to have the aptitude to handle these tasks. We will provide you with the training.
Qualifications:
- No previous law firm experience is necessary
- Bachelor's degree and a college transcript that demonstrates your exceptional abilitirs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- ​Strong organizational skills
- Be available Mon - Fri, 9 - 5:30
