I am seeking an Administrative Personal Assistant to join me! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule appointments and events on shareable calendar
• Greet and assist onsite and remote video conference clients and vendors
• Maintain Quickbooks data input and reporting for firm's monthly cash flow and annual income tax calculations
• Develop and implement organized digital filing systems
• Draft correspondences, photos, financial statements, and other formal documents
• Contribute creative ideas to clients' learning resources, including Virtual Reality sessions
• Perform all other office tasks, including travel arrangements: planes, housing, and vehicles

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in timely, consistent manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to warmly interface with financial planning clients
• Strong attention to logistical details
• ​Strong organizational skills
