Administrative Executive Assistant | Peoria, IL (Hybrid)

Duration: 24-month contract

Pay Rate: $17+/hour

Location: Peoria, IL (Hybrid)

Swoon is actively seeking an Administrative Executive Assistant to join the team of our client - a Fortune 500 company! You'll be an integral part of the team, providing backup as needed, and managing and assisting internal customers.

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Efficiently managing calendars, agendas, and meeting creation for the leadership group.
• Providing valuable assistance with presentations and taking ownership of administrative tasks as needed.
• Handling travel arrangements and reservations for both international and domestic trips.

What's required?

• High School or GED required.

• 5-7 years of Office Management Experience, Executive Assistance (preferred).
• Someone with experience in team collaboration.
• Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel capability
• Comfortability in coordinating obtaining visas, passport renewals for management travel.
• Comfortability in making travel arrangements.
• NextGen (desired)
