This position is 0.80 FTE, which typically includes teaching four sections per semester and participating fully in school life and community.

What You'll Teach

Advanced Geometry, and

Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver standards-based, inquiry-driven lessons aligned with the school's Integral Student Outcomes
Build strong relationships with students and foster an equitable, inclusive, and joyful learning environment
Leverage educational technology and data to differentiate instruction and support learning outcomes
Maintain accurate records, provide timely feedback, and partner with counselors and guardians to promote student success
Participate in department collaboration, faculty meetings, professional development, and school-wide programming
Support students outside the classroom through co-curriculars, clubs, retreats, affinity spaces, or other areas of student life
Model and uphold restorative classroom practices, mutual respect, and high expectations for all learners

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field
Demonstrated experience teaching at the high school level
Deep understanding of adolescent learning and developmental needs
Experience integrating DEI principles and restorative practices into instruction
Proven ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learners
Preferred:
Master's degree in a relevant subject area
California Single Subject Teaching Credential in Mathematics
Experience working in Catholic or mission-based schools
Familiarity with AP course expectations and curriculum
