Job Description

Our client, a global Aerospace manufacturer, is seeking a Production Support Engineer to join their team. As a Production Support Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Team supporting Manufacturing and Production onsite at a client site in Tucson. The ideal candidate must have MS DOS programming skills, prior experience with Honeywell controls systems production support and knowledge of FAA certification.

Job Title: Aerospace Production Support Engineer

Location: Tucson, AZ

Pay Rate: $65/hr+ DOE plus benefits, OT

What’s the Job?

• Provide production support, testing and troubleshooting onsite at a client site for cradle to grave production
• Manage updates for Class 1 and Class 2 drawings and BOM changes
• Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical and electro mechanical production test equipment to maintain and support production targets

What’s Needed?

• BS Engineering 
• Strong experience with MS DOS programming for Aerospace controls systems (e.g. air cabin pressure or engine controls systems)
• Prior Honeywell systems production support engineering experience
• Experience with Class 1 and Class 2 drawings and FAA certification knowledge
• Strong experience with production support from cradle to grave including vendor procurement, testing, QA, certification, shipping, etc.
