Job Title : AI Content Creator

Location : EST or PST (Must be willing to work LATAM hours)

Contract Length : 6 months (Contingent Worker Role)

Bill Rate : $50 - $55 per hour

General Information :

The AI Content Creator will be responsible for producing innovative, relevant, and creative GenAI content to drive user engagement across Meta’s ecosystem and platforms. This role demands strong editorial judgment, excellent writing and editing skills, and proficiency in AI prompt expertise. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both Spanish and English, with proficiency in Portuguese preferred. Candidates must be available to work LATAM hours.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide creative direction on AI character development, editorial projects, and content creation.
• Collaborate with LATAM creators and studios to craft resonant AI experiences on Meta’s platforms.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, product) to create and deploy high-quality content, enhancing product experience.
• Develop deep expertise in GenAI technologies and their capabilities.
• Design, prompt, and optimize content pipelines, including content pitches, mockups, and asset creation.
• Conduct testing, evaluate performance, and improve content quality through effective prompting, modeling, and asset creation guidance.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Languages : Fluency in Spanish and English is required. Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience :
• 6+ years of experience in storytelling, character creation, or a similar field.
• At least one year of experience in AI-related work.
• Strong background in content development, marketing, or localization for the Mexico and LATAM markets.
• Technical :
• Experience in prompt engineering, visual and multimodal content creation.
• Familiarity with design systems, such as Figma and Adobe Suite products.
• Communication :
• Excellent editorial judgment, storytelling, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Work Ethic :
• Ability to work on stringent deadlines while managing your own schedule.

Education :

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
