Apartment Leasing Consultant – Columbus, OH
Pay: Up to $20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

We are seeking a professional and customer-service-focused Apartment Leasing Consultant to support a community in the Columbus, OH area. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, leasing or sales experience, and the ability to provide a positive resident experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist prospects; provide tours and information about the community
• Handle leasing procedures, applications, and required documentation
• Input data, update records, and manage files accurately
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and conduct follow-ups
• Assist with resident relations and customer service
• Support the office team with daily administrative tasks
• Walk the community and report any issues as needed

Requirements:

• Leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional, dependable, and able to work independently
• Basic computer proficiency (Yardi/CRM a plus but not required)
