Job Details

They’re looking to add a licensed Architect to their team—someone who can independently lead smaller projects or run key components of larger ones. This is a design-forward role, not just a production job. You’ll be part of a collaborative studio where your interests shape the work you do. If you geek out on building tech, automation tools like Grasshopper, or have a personal passion that aligns with community projects, this team will let you run with it.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead design and documentation for small-scale projects or project segments
• Contribute meaningfully to the design process, bringing creative and technical ideas to the table
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients from early concept through CDs
• Work in AutoCAD and Revit (Grasshopper experience is a bonus)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and community stakeholders
• Take ownership of your work and help mentor younger staff

What You’ll Bring:

• Licensed Architect with 3+ years of experience (ideally 6–10)
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Ability to contribute to design and manage production independently
• Interest in historic preservation, public/civic projects, or community impact
• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
