Job Description

We’re seeking a highly creative and analytical Senior Designer/Art Director to own and evolve digital media creative across consumer-facing channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, performance, and storytelling, bringing fresh ideas while also working within existing frameworks to scale creative efficiently.

This role is project based and the candidate must be local to Los Angeles for occasional meetings.

What You’ll Do

• Own the creation of digital media creative, with a strong focus on consumer-facing digital advertising
• Design high volumes of digital ad creative, leveraging existing templates while developing a robust set of new design concepts and variations
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to think through positioning, messaging, and creative direction
• Apply both creative intuition and analytical thinking to optimize and evolve digital creative over time
• Contribute copy for digital ads, ensuring messaging is clear, compelling, and aligned with brand voice
• Work with an existing suite of photography assets while strategically recommending what to capture in future photoshoots to support ongoing creative needs

What We’re Looking For

• Experience designing digital ads for consumer-facing brands
• A strong balance of creative execution and analytical thinking
• Ability to scale creative efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
• Comfort collaborating cross-functionally on positioning and messaging
• Copywriting experience for digital advertising is a plus
• Strong visual judgment and an eye for identifying future content and photography needs
