Now Hiring: Operator – Join a Leading Manufacturing Team!

Location: Harrison Twp, Mi

Shift: 1st Shift: 5:00 am-2:30 pm 2nd Shift: 4:00 pm-2:00 am

Pay Rate: $16.25 - $17.25

Are you a reliable and safety-conscious individual with a strong attention to detail? AcroBlue Commercial Staffing is seeking Operators to join a dynamic production team dedicated to quality and efficiency.

As an Operator, you’ll be responsible for constructing and assembling components and parts to meet customer specifications, ensuring 100% delivery, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble components and parts to meet quality and customer standards
• Follow written work instructions (ODS) and communicate production or quality issues
• Perform visual inspections and identify defects or material issues
• Join parts using screws, rivets, clips, and other tools
• Secure fasteners using manual, hydraulic, or electric tools
• Apply adhesives, gaskets, and labels correctly
• Operate assembly and Poke Yoke equipment correctly
• Package goods professionally and according to instructions
• Maintain safety standards and report unsafe conditions
• Participate in daily shift meetings and 5S workplace organization

Additional Responsibilities

• Manage and record quarantine stock and goods receipt notes
• Support the team with general production needs as required

Qualifications & Requirements

• High attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic assembly equipment
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is a plus
