Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager of Ski Patrol supports the Patrol Team and Patrol Manager in all functions. With an emphasis on safety, this includes staffing, training, planning, scheduling, day-to-day operations, interdepartmental relations, and guest service. The Assistant Manager of Ski Patrol is responsible for implementing programs toward the safety of our guests and employees, supervising medical aid, snow safety, rope rescue, lift evacuation and accident investigation. The job requires strong leadership qualities, and creative problem-solving.

The expected pay range is $52,000 - $73,895.79. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
