Job Description
Ideal opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager experienced in ground up multifamily wrap style projects to join a growing general contractor. This project is going to be a 347 unit, 5 story wrap with precast parking deck.
Responsibilities
- Assist the PM in all stages of project life cycle from buyout to CoO
- Assist the PM in creating and managing the project budget and schedule
- Create and maintain a submittal log for all RFIs, Change Orders and paperwork pertaining to the project
- Management of ordering all materials for the jobsite
Qualifications
- Experience as an Assistant Project Manager on a ground up multifamily wrap project in excess of $30MM
- OSHA 30 certification
- Procore certification or equivalent experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
