Responsibilities:

  • Assist with leasing activities, including processing rental applications, preparing lease agreements, and coordinating move-ins and move-outs.
  • Respond to resident inquiries, address concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor rent collections, process late fees, and manage lease renewals while maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Provide support to leasing staff to ensure consistent and professional communication with residents and prospects.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning teams to uphold the quality of units, common areas, and grounds.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as invoice processing, record keeping, and compliance documentation.
  • Step in to assist the Property Manager with resident or employee issues as needed.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Previous experience in leasing, property management, or a related customer service/administrative role.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in property management software, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Physical ability to lift 30 lbs. and move about the property as needed.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience in handling resident relations and addressing complex customer concerns.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements and property management best practices.
  • Familiarity with invoice processing and financial record-keeping.
  • Experience in training or mentoring leasing staff.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
