Responsibilities
- Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
- Assisting with Hiring and Training your team of Beauty Consultants
- Assisting with Ongoing team training
- Customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products
- Ensuring that all company and legal policies, procedures and requirements are met
- Maintaining a clean and organized salon
- Cash handling, opening/closing business
- Track goals and performance metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Leadership/Management experience helpful
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
