Description:

• Conduct comprehensive factual investigations and legal research.
• Draft and respond to written discovery.
• Prepare for and conduct depositions.
• Draft persuasive memoranda, pleadings, and briefs.
• Present compelling oral arguments.
• Assist with negotiations, mediations, trial preparation, trials, and appeals.
• Collaborate with shareholders, senior associates, paralegals, and staff to ensure seamless case management.
• Manage client expectations and help them develop and pursue their best interests.
• Actively participate in professional networking to strengthen the firm’s visibility in the community.

Qualifications:

• Education: Juris Doctorate degree.
• Licensing: In good standing with the State Bar of California.
• 3–5 years of litigation experience, with a preference for trust and estate laws.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and enjoy building strong client relationships.
• With your growth mindset and proactive approach, you’re eager to contribute to the firm’s continued success.
• Strong analytical, writing, and oral communication skills.
