INSURANCE DEFENSE -- Attorneys – Multiple Practice Areas | Full-Time (Remote Flexibility)
Location: New York City (Remote/Hybrid Options Available)
Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience – $120,000 - $175,000
Lester Schwab Katz & Dwyer, LLP is seeking experienced attorneys to join our expanding teams across several key practice areas, including Labor Law, Premises Liability, Insurance Coverage, and General Liability.
Ideal candidates will have:
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant litigation experience in one or more of the listed practice areas
• Proven ability to take and defend depositions
• Experience drafting legal reports and engaging in motion practice
• Trial experience is a plus, though not required
