Your Role in the Mission

As an Audit Associate , you will play a vital role in ensuring churches and ministries across the country maintain financial integrity and transparency. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Assisting in audits, reviews, and compilations that support ministries in their financial stewardship.
• Working directly with senior auditors and managers to deliver high-quality attestation services to clients.
• Communicating with ministry leaders through video calls, phone, and email to address financial and accounting questions.
• Using professional judgment and accounting knowledge to analyze financial data and provide meaningful insights.
• Learning and applying accounting principles and nonprofit financial reporting standards.

Who We Are Looking For

We seek candidates who are not just skilled professionals but are also passionate about using their gifts to serve the Church. The ideal candidate will have:

• A heart for ministry and a desire to serve churches and Christian organizations.
• A willingness to learn and grow in technical skills and professional responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members.
• Experience in church accounting and administrative functions.
• with Microsoft Excel, Adobe, and QuickBooks (or a willingness to learn).
• 1–3 years of accounting or auditing experience (nonprofit experience is a plus).

Requirements to Join Our Team

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in public accounting, auditing, or nonprofit financial management.
• Experience in church and non-profit accounting - audit or bookkeeping experience.
• CPA license (Active, Inactive, or actively pursuing CPA certification is a plus).
• Commitment to Christian values and a passion for serving churches and ministries.
• This is an onsite position - no remote work options.
