Job Description
We are 51 years young as F. Lofrano & Son Inc. and now doing business as Fix Auto. Our reputation has been built on honesty, integrity and good customer service. A Customer Service Representative within our Company is often the first voice customers hear, the first face a customer sees when they enter our offices. This employee has not only the responsibility of the initial meeting & greeting whether over the phone, via email or in person and, in fact, is responsible for the entire customer experience. To ensure this experience is a priority, we look for a person with a professional appearance and has a friendly demeanor at all times. Our CSR will:
-- Check in customers' cars when dropped off for repair
--Update customers on production status
--Maintain hospitality kiosk for customers' enjoyment (coffee, tea, etc.)
--Input vendor invoices into our management software (CCC One)
--Generate the final bill to have ready when customers pick up cars, collecting payments as needed
--Additional responsibilties if assigned
We work in a fast-paced environment so good organizational skills and attention to detail are very important as well as a good attitude toward fellow employees, business partners and vendors. Excellent communication skills needed.

Previous experience in the Autobody Repair industry is a plus but a minimum requirement is one year of full time employment in customer service. We background and drug screen any candidate to whom a job offer has been made and require a current and valid CA Driver's License with a good driving record.
