Your Role:

• Be a Crucial Support System : Answer calls in Vietnamese, Chinese, or English, providing essential support to voters and election workers.
• Impact Voter Experience : Use a simple web-based system to track and address concerns, ensuring each voter is heard and supported.
• Become an Election Expert : Learn all things election-related to confidently assist callers.
• Leverage Your Bilingual Skills : Help Vietnamese or Chinese-speaking voters with their election questions and needs.

Work Schedule :

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.
• Occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
