We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused individual who enjoys engaging with people to create an exciting and welcoming experience for our visitors. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy a dynamic environment, we want you on our team. Responsibilities Greet all customers & VIPs with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Assist internal and external customers, providing necessary support, including first aid and emergency response. Promote and explain various games and rides to in-house and outdoor guests. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, working closely with the CE and Operations teams. Support spot, institutional, and corporate sales & activations as needed. Generate reports on customer engagement, interest levels, and feedback. Stay updated with all game, ride, and service features. Coordinate with operations & sales teams for on-floor requirements. Meet Customer Experience Associate KPIs as per company standards. Qualifications Minimum HSC pass, but a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Proven customer service and promotion experience. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work flexible hours, including weeknights and weekends. Customer-oriented with an outgoing, friendly personality and a professional appearance. Able to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision.
