We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our team in Westerville, Ohio. In this long-term contract role, you will play a vital part in managing billing processes, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and maintaining efficient office operations. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with various departments and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee billing procedures and ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices.
• Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and expense reporting.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies and troubleshoot payment issues.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts to support organizational planning.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to manage data and streamline office processes.
• Support human resources administration by handling documentation and assisting with project management tasks.
• Review and refine procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage database systems to ensure accurate and secure recordkeeping.
• Assist in bookkeeping functions and ensure compliance with financial practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.• Proven experience in billing, accounts payable, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with Oracle systems and database management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to address discrepancies and streamline processes.
• Knowledge of human resources administration and project management.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in forecasting and expense reporting is preferred.
