Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in analyzing business processes, developing data-driven solutions, and supporting project initiatives. Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement.
• Support project management activities within Agile frameworks, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and progress tracking.
• Collaborate with technical teams on SDLC processes to ensure seamless development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of analytical solutions.
• Assist in the development of analysis models for business process improvement initiatives utilizing analysis skills and industry best practices.
• Conduct gap analysis of current systems against project objectives and industry standards.
• Develop detailed business and technical requirement documents, use cases, and process flows using an array of tools, including but not limited to VISIO, MS Office Suite, SharePoint & PowerBI as required
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders to gather feedback, resolve issues, and align priorities.
• Own and drive testing efforts by defining test cases, validating outcomes, and facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT) through coordination with BAU teams, and ensure effective collaboration.
• Create and maintain project artifacts, including user stories, functional specifications, and workflow diagrams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of 6+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role with a strong understanding of business analysis principles.
• Solid working experience on banking projects.
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Experience with SDLC processes for software development projects.
• Knowledge of business process modeling tools such as Visio.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement and documentation purposes.
• CBAP Certification preferred
