This internship program is intended for students that are in their penultimate year of a Bachelor's degree program (depending on their program and unique circumstances). The Business Undergraduate Internship Program is a paid summer internship for undergraduate college students that are interested in working in non-technical career opportunities at Google. Business Undergraduate Interns are placed on teams across the company in fields of work within Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Program Management. Their work is core to Google and varies in scope and in length ranging from the day-to-day core work of a full-time Googler to a single long-term project lasting the duration of the internship. Business Undergraduate Interns also participate in targeted training and experiences and have the opportunity to take advantage of the learning and development programs and support systems that Google offers. This includes 1:1 mentorship, a unique speaker series with company leadership, custom learning and development sessions, and opportunities to create community.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $58,000-$74,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
