Our clients are seeking a an experienced Managing Director to lead a Business Valuation team and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Business Valuation team, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Develop and implement strategies to generate new business and increase revenue. Oversee the preparation of detailed valuation reports for various purposes, including mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, and strategic planning. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities for additional services. Provide strategic direction and thought leadership in business valuation practices. Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in business valuation, with a proven track record of leadership and revenue generation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-financial stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong client management skills and a network of industry contacts.
