Position: CDL Driver

Location: Texas

Key Responsibilities:

1. Safely operate a commercial vehicle in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and company policies and procedures.
2. Ensure timely delivery and pickup of goods and over-the-road assignments.
3. Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
4. Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, including logs, inspection reports, and delivery documents.
5. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other company personnel to ensure smooth operations.
6. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and provide superior customer service.
7. Adhere to all safety protocols, including ensuring cargo is properly secured at all times.

Compensation:

• Weekly pay of 25% of Weekly Gross

Schedule:

• OTR
• Must be willing to drive up to 3000 miles weekly

Requirements:

1. Valid Commercial Driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
2. Must be subject to a drug test and a DOT physical.
3. At least 1 year of commercial driving experience. Less than one year could be considered on a case basis.
4. Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
5. Ability to navigate and follow directions efficiently.
6. Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
7. Should be ready to start immediately
