Job Description
				  Scrum Master (Contractor)
 Key Responsibilities: 
-  Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews, etc.) for one or more Agile teams. 
 -  Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices to enhance team performance and delivery. 
 -  Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions to maintain focus on sprint goals. 
 -  Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a healthy product backlog, clear prioritization, and well-defined user stories. 
 -  Promote a culture of continuous improvement by leading retrospectives and implementing actionable outcomes. 
 -  Mentor teams on Agile maturity, fostering self-organization, accountability, and collaboration. 
 -  Track and report key Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts) to stakeholders to ensure transparency and progress. 
 -  Work closely with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to align practices across the organization. 
 -  Support organizational change initiatives by advocating for Agile adoption and transformation. 
 
 Required Qualifications: 
-  Certification:   Active Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Scrum certification (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master). 
 -  Bi-Lingual in Spanish is a huge plus!
 -  Experience:   Minimum of 3-5 years as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment, with at least 2 years of hands-on coaching experience. 
 -  Proven track record of successfully coaching and guiding teams to adopt and mature in Scrum practices. 
 -  Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and related methodologies (e.g., Kanban, SAFe). 
 -  Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders. 
 -  Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps. 
 -  Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. 
 -  Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to removing impediments. 
 -  Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
 -  Must be located in or willing to relocate to Miami, FL, and work in a hybrid or on-site capacity as required. 
 
 Preferred Qualifications: 
-  Additional certifications such as Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, or ICF Coaching Certification. 
 -  Experience working in Retail Industry or with cross-functional teams. 
 -  Familiarity with scaling Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus). 
 -  Background in change management or organizational transformation. 
 -  Knowledge of DevOps practices or experience working in a DevOps environment.
