Eternos creates AI-driven personal digital twins to preserve, share, and interact with knowledge and stories. The platform uses the proprietary Human Life Model (HLM) to structure and reason about unstructured data, while leveraging 3rd-party LLMs for conversations. The company targets broad B2C and B2B applications and has been featured in outlets including NBC, NPR, The New York Post, and CNET.

Job Description: Chief Marketing Officer

We are building the worlds most lifelike personal AIs and are looking for a CMO to tell that story to the world. As CMO, youll define how the world understands and engages with Uare.ai and lead a product-led growth strategy. From launching AI personas to scaling brand presence and driving adoption across two distinct customer bases, youll own the strategy and execution of our marketing engine.

We currently serve two interconnected client segments:

• B2C: Baby Boomers and Gen X who seek to preserve their legacy by creating AI versions of themselves to share with loved ones. These customers often capture life stories, values, wisdom, and voice to ensure their presence lives on. Public recognition in our consumer business has driven awareness of our B2B Prosumer base.
• B2B / Prosumers: Professionals and enterprisesincluding doctors, life insurance agents, coaches, real estate agents, and customer service organizationswho use Eternos to create AI twins for training, sales enablement, and internal knowledge retention. The platform enables scalable, human-like AI interactions that educate, explain, and personalize.

This role is for a strategic, data-driven, and creative marketing leader who can navigate complex, multi-audience funnels. Youll work directly with the CEO and executive team to build brand equity, activate user growth, and develop tailored go-to-market strategies across segments.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the companys marketing strategy for both B2C and B2B verticals
• Build and lead a high-performance marketing team across brand, growth, content, lifecycle, PR, and community
• Drive targeted acquisition strategies for Baby Boomers/Gen X, leveraging digital and offline tactics
• Develop demand generation programs tailored to prosumers and enterprise use cases
• Oversee content strategy, storytelling, and educational campaigns to simplify our deep tech offering
• Launch and manage performance marketing initiatives with a data-first approach
• Partner cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership to ensure alignment
• Cultivate media relationships and thought leadership around AI, legacy, and future-of-work trends

Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing leadership experience, ideally with B2C and B2B technology audiences
• Deep understanding of AI
• Proven track record scaling customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across complex markets
• Experience with segmented marketing, funnel optimization, and messaging strategy
• Strong knowledge of digital channels (search, paid social, influencer, email, SEO) and field/relationship marketing
• Strategic and hands-on leadership; able to execute and lead
• Excellent communication skills with strong brand voice and narrative
• Deep curiosity about AI, human legacy, storytelling, and the intersection of tech and humanity
• Based in or willing to relocate to Los Altos, CA (in-person role)

Bonus Points

• Background in legacy products, personal storytelling tools, or life services
• Experience building marketing systems for multi-use-case platforms
• Experience taking a startup from zero to scale across multiple audiences

Compensation

The expected base compensation is listed below; total compensation includes equity and benefits.

$200,000 - $300,000 USD
