Role Overview

We are seeking a Founding Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping StartLinkVentures marketing, growth, and brand strategy from the ground up. This is a founding executive position , requiring an entrepreneurial mindset and a $50,000 personal investment into the business , reflecting the shared commitment to its success.

You will partner closely with the CEO and executive team to define and execute breakthrough marketing initiatives that drive user acquisition, portfolio engagement, and investor awareness in a fastpaced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with StartLinkVentures vision, goals, and growth targets.
• Lead brand positioning, messaging, and narrative to resonate with startups, investors, and ecosystem partners.
• Build and manage integrated campaigns across digital, content, social, and community channels to drive measurable traction.
• Establish strong performance marketing frameworks using data insights and KPIs to optimize impact and ROI.
• Oversee investorfacing communications, events, and thought leadership to elevate StartLinkVentures industry presence.
• Lead and mentor a dynamic marketing team; collaborate crossfunctionally with product, growth, partnerships, and operations.

• Proven experience as a CMO or senior marketing leader in startups, venture-backed tech, or high-growth environments.
• Strong background in brand strategy, digital marketing, content, and demand generation .
• Datadriven decisionmaker with expertise in performance analytics and KPIs.
• Exceptional communicator and storyteller with deep understanding of the startup and VC ecosystem.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to invest $50K and take a handson role as a founding executive .
