Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Chiller Technician to joing their top-tier mechanical service team that values integrity, technical excellence, and customer satisfaction in Green Brook, New Jersey.
You will perform preventive maintenance, repair, installation, and replacement of HVAC and chiller systems. This is a union position that offers rewarding field work and opportunities to grow with industry leaders.
What You’ll Do
* Perform preventive maintenance and service on chiller and associated HVAC systems
* Diagnose and resolve mechanical and control system issues
* Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with a focus on efficiency and system performance
* Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety regulations
* Accurately complete service documentation and maintain project records
* Support quoting, estimating, and material planning
* Maintain open communication with customers before, during, and after service
* Recommend enhancements, upgrades, or repairs to improve system performance
* Continuously improve through self-study and required training/certifications
