Job Title: Claims Adjuster

Pay Range: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Status: Temporary (3-4 months)

Location: Stanton, CA (100% onsite)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Claims Adjuster to join our team for a temporary assignment. This role involves reviewing, investigating, and analyzing Auto/General Liability claims to ensure compliance and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in auto claims adjusting, strong attendance, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, examine, investigate, and analyze auto and liability claims.
• Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders involved in claims, including employees, medical providers, and legal professionals.
• Provide information to treating physicians regarding medical history, health issues, and job requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate claims processing and benefit payments by comparing and reconciling claim records with payroll records.
• Identify and address compensability and subrogation issues in claims documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to management.

Candidate Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience managing auto and liability insurance claims.
• Strong knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
• Ability to process claims in a timely and accurate manner within prescribed legal timeframes.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
