We are working with an international, multi-practice area top law firm that is seeking a Class Action and Commercial Litigation Associate with 3-6 years of complex commercial litigation and class action experience to join our San Francisco office.

Job Details

As an associate in the Litigation Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of class action and complex commercial litigation experience in a law firm; trial experience is a plus;
• Experience preparing pleadings and contested motions (such as complaints, motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, oppositions to class certification, etc.);
• Experience taking and defending depositions and working with expert witnesses;
• Stellar writing ability and excellent academic credentials, as writing ability is critical for this position (we ask that you submit two writing samples with your application);
• Must be admitted to the California State Bar.
