Job Description:
Seeking a skilled professional to utilize clinical knowledge in reviewing medical charts for accuracy and proper sequencing of diagnoses. Responsibilities include reviewing assigned consultation reports, history and physical reports, operative reports, progress notes, and discharge summaries, including complex cases.
