Job Description

Our client, a clothing logistics company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the operations team supporting efficient warehouse processes. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: ALL SHIFT OPEN (Packer, Inbound, Outbound, Picker)

Location: Phillipsburg, NJ

Pay Range: $16 - $16.50/hourly

What's the Job?

• Picking: Select and gather clothing items based on customer orders or production requirements.
• Packing: Carefully pack items for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and preparation.
• Unpacking: Unpack items upon arrival to ensure the inventory is in good condition.
• Folding: Fold items neatly for packaging or storage.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet company standards.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy in tasks.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to various warehouse roles.
• Good physical stamina to handle the demands of the job.
