Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Commercial Lending Operations Specialist to support day-to-day operations during our transition from AFS to LoanIQ. This role will play a critical part in ensuring accurate loan booking, funding, and money movement while helping staff adopt the new LoanIQ system with minimal disruption to production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Book and fund commercial loans in LoanIQ accurately and in compliance with established procedures.
• Respond to requests from lines of business (LOBs) to post funds in internal systems and manage related money movement activities.
• Support staff through the LoanIQ transition by providing guidance and reducing the learning curve while maintaining production standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows during the system conversion.
• Escalate issues and recommend solutions to improve accuracy and efficiency during the transition.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficiency with LoanIQ required, including loan booking and funding.
• Hands-on experience in commercial loan operations, with a strong understanding of credit agreements.
• Knowledge of AFS is strongly desired but not required.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to support cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt to system changes and assist others in adopting new processes.
