Superintendent – Construction Management at Risk (Higher Ed & K-12)
Location: North Carolina (Pembroke, Raleigh, Fayetteville, Columbia, Charlotte, Myrtle Beach
A respected commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee day-to-day site operations for CM at-Risk projects across North Carolina. The company focuses on K-12 and higher education facilities and specializes in negotiated design-build, CMAR, and select hard-bid work.
This is a field-based leadership role responsible for ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project execution, with a strong emphasis on safety, coordination, and site logistics.
