Summary:
Construction Project Managers have full project ownership from start to finish. Project Managers will be provided with specialized training and development tools that allow them to be the best at running projects, collaborating with clients and developing professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Take charge of all project phases—pre-construction, construction, closeout, and post-construction.
- Develop and execute purchasing strategies to stay ahead of supply challenges.
- Work closely with Estimating, Purchasing, and Superintendents to ensure profitability, efficiency, and top subcontractor selection.
- Maintain project schedules and budgets, identifying potential risks early.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and designers.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in construction management with a concrete contracting company
- Experience managing a variety of projects in a rapidly growing organization is critical
- Experience managing ground up construction projects with site utilities experience
- Extensive experience maintaining project budgets and schedules
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Base Salary:
$110,000 - $140,000
