They are looking for someone to help w/ content generation. Someone who is familiar with content management systems and doing some technical writing for a none technical audience
•Experience with HelpShift for content management would be a plus

How to, troubleshooting content for their players - self help step before reaching out to support team
•As they have added more products this has been a burden on Kyle

None primary responsibilities - helping craft customer service macros for customer service to use

There may also be some interaction with their legal team, some articles may go under review from legal compliance team and integrating feedback into their drafts

Goal is to supplement marketing content creation

Update existing content

Someone who execute and produce

Work Projects/content related to Pokmon Go and Ingress regarding "how to play the game". Updating forums, graphs, FAQs,

Required Skills & Experience

* 1-3 years of experience in content management

Would like to see a writing sample prior to interviewing them

* Strong written and verbal communication

* Adept in project management, they will be juggling projects from multiple products and also experience working with localization team

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Plusses / Certs:

Experience working in gaming or mobile application development
