Summary of Position
Create impactful editorial content for the website, social media and newsletters. Source or create graphics, video and audio content to be distributed via digital media channels. Responsible for implementing end-to-end digital marketing content creation, execution, delivery and measurement. Maintain content calendar and identify creative ways to repurpose content across channels. Develop digital content approval and delivery process across platforms. Monitor digital benchmarks and offer strategic ideas to improve online engagement with digital media channels. With direction from project owners, help to define and monitor content tactics, goals, objectives, KPIs, and timing. Provide copy editing and design review for marketing communication content.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the creation, execution, delivery, and measurement of marketing content.
- Collaborate with internal enterprise resources and/or external contracted vendors to develop multimedia content for digital channels.
- Manage the digital content approval and delivery process.
- Follow established copy style guidelines, brand guidelines, and the AP (Associated Press) style guide.
- Plan marketing content in advance and execute consistent delivery of approved content.
- Work with internal stakeholders and source reputable external resources to create impactful editorial content.
- Ensure digital marketing content speaks to intended target audience.
- Collaborate with departmental leadership to ensure messaging is appropriate and in alignment with their goals.
- Proactively monitor and report on digital content engagement against goals.
- Stay abreast of current best practices for marketing content strategies and digital technologies.
- Provide recommendations for improvements to processes, platform selection and usage, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 - 5+ years of relevant, professional work experience (internships or fellowships applicable) (Required)
- Additional years of experience/specialized training may be considered in lieu of educational requirement (Required)
- Strong understanding of the digital and social media landscape and how to leverage those resources to build online engagement (Required)
- Experience with the following platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop (Preferred)
- B2B marketing communications experience (Preferred)
- Wellness, healthcare or benefits related industry experience (Preferred)
- Able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines (Required)
- Ability to create and deliver multiple digital marketing content projects with a high level of accuracy & attention to detail (Required)
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal, collaboration) (Required)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) (Required)
