Our company is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee the organization’s accounting operations and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a CPA designation (preferred), a minimum of five years in a leadership role, and proven experience working in an evolving work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the accounting department, managing day-to-day operations and developing team members
  • Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
  • Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls and accounting policies
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support strategic planning
  • Partner with operational teams to streamline processes and drive organizational efficiency
  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and documentation of SOPs
  • Work collaboratively with senior leadership to provide insights and support critical decision-making

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
  • Experience working in an operational or hands-on business environment
  • Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
