Our company is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee the organization’s accounting operations and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a CPA designation (preferred), a minimum of five years in a leadership role, and proven experience working in an evolving work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the accounting department, managing day-to-day operations and developing team members
- Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
- Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls and accounting policies
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support strategic planning
- Partner with operational teams to streamline processes and drive organizational efficiency
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures
- Lead process improvement initiatives and documentation of SOPs
- Work collaboratively with senior leadership to provide insights and support critical decision-making

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting leadership role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
- Experience working in an operational or hands-on business environment
- Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
