Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Conveyor Belt Technician at MECHANICAL INDUSTRIAL CONVEYOR SERVICES, INC in Tampa, FL. The Conveyor Belt Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on conveyor belt systems. They will also be responsible for inspecting equipment, diagnosing issues, and implementing repairs as needed. The role requires working with a team of technicians and following safety guidelines.

 

Qualifications

• Must have experience in hot vulcanizing fabric conveyor belting
• Mechanical and technical skills
• Experience with conveyor belt systems
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of safety regulations and practices
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Prior experience in industrial maintenance or related field is a plus
