Overview: A call CRNA is part of a core team of dedicated CRNAs who provide timely anesthetic and emergency care for patients in a 24/7 model. This position is full-time and distinguished from non-call CRNAs who have a regular, patterned schedule. A call CRNA position entails a flexible, non-pattered schedule with in-house call responsibilities including off-shifts, weekends, and holidays. A call CRNA possesses excellent clinical skills, a commitment to patient safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A call CRNA is eligible for the call compensation program in recognition of the position and commitment to the core team. Schedule Requirements: Availability to work off-shifts, weekends, and holidays as part of the restricted in-house call rotation in partnership with other members of the core call team. Willingness to respond to emergency calls and provide anesthesia services within the hospital setting. Required to give 90 days? notice when transitioning or resigning from the call team.
