• High School Diploma or GED

• Basic computer and phone skills 

• Basic data entry skills 

• High level of professionalism 

• Great attention to detail 

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment 

• Ability to remain calm and provide excellent customer service 

• Responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support 

• Assist customers with renewing existing subscriptions 

• Address inquiries via phone calls and other communication channels 

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues/complaints 

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
