Our employees succeed and grow. We are Realtime. Role Summary We are looking for an experienced and versatile Data Analyst with digital marketing background to join our Data and Analytics team. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and can comfortably move between data preparation, in-depth analysis, and client-facing communication. You will be responsible for ingesting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing digital marketing performance data across a variety of channels and platforms. You’ll play a key role in translating complex data into clear, compelling insights and actionable recommendations that drive client success. This position also offers opportunities to engage in high-impact analytics projects, large-scale data and MarTech implementations, and client-facing marketing and measurement strategy. You’re the right person for the role if you have: 3-5+ years experience in paid media/marketing analytics, statistics, data science, digital media strategy, or ad tech Strong data manipulation skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI Deep familiarity with marketing platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, The Trade Desk, DV360, and Campaign Manager 360. Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 Bachelor's degree, ideally in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics) Experience using SQL, Python, or R for data analysis Experience with marketing data hubs like Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (formerly Datorama), Adverity, Funnel, Improvado, Supermetrics, or TapClicks Experience with Google Tag Manager and marketing platform pixels/measurement solutions (e.g., Meta Pixel & CAPI) Experience with reporting from CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce Familiarity with marketing attribution tools such as Northbeam, TripleWhale, or Rockerbox Strong soft skills including communication, independent problem-solving, project management, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration Key Responsibilities As a Data Analyst at Realtime, you’ll be both a strategic thinker and an executional powerhouse comfortable diving into data, solving complex problems, and communicating insights that shape client strategy. Manage Data Workflows & Insights: You’ll own the full data lifecycle—from collection and harmonization to visualization and deep analysis. You’ll deliver insights in a variety of formats, from quick-turn charts and exploratory pivot tables to written memos and full-scale presentations, always tailored to the audience. You’ll be detail-oriented, vigilant about data quality, and proactive in resolving discrepancies before they become issues. Be Client-Facing & Proactive: You’ll work directly with clients, getting under the skin of their business challenges and translating them into impactful analytical deliverables. You’ll be a self-starter flagging opportunities, refining measurement strategies, and sharing recommendations that drive both client and agency goals. Run Multiple Workstreams: You’ll juggle short-term asks and long-term projects with ease, ensuring both run smoothly. Whether you’re head-down in technical work or collaborating across teams, you’ll be comfortable switching gears and managing priorities. You'll also get hands-on with larger initiatives like GA4 implementations, data pipeline builds, or MTA/MMM projects.
