Data Analyst Must sit in McLean - hybrid, no other locations right now Duration: ~6 months will ask questions about SQL(joins) and Python, he will ask them about challenges they have had in their past, he is looking to see how they communicate and really understand their experience in SQL, Python and Tableau. He said he would consider someone without Tableau that is open to learning. Job Description: Data Analysts He is NOT looking for someone coming out of college, or a bootcamp. They want someone that has professional experience, minimum of 4 years. They should be strong in the following: Python - Intermediate level - makes a call to the APIs and queries to snowflake SQL - must be strong here - good queries and joins knowledge Tableau - ok if they don't have this, this is a nice to have Data analysis - Soft skills/communication - their data and communication goes all the way to the VPs. These people communicate through forums, need to be able to communicate crisp, concise data. His team is supporting the Machine learning teams of Cap One. They support the "Well-Managed" team (Supports Enterprise & Compliance Initiatives), and Platform and Operational Health and Metrics teams (Platforms and compliance metrics and dashboards). Each platform has incidents that are supporting the data for the CapOne teams. This person will track the metrics of the health of these internal systems, create scripts to automate the data and update the data within the teams. This person will be generating reports about health issues of the systems and communicate that to the corresponding teams. They do not currently have contractors on the team. They are adding for support in an initiative.
