Dental Insurance Coordinator Peak Dental Services Sealy Dental Center, Katy, TX Job Summary Sealy Dental Center located in Katy, TX is seeking an experienced Dental Insurance Coordinator to join our team full-time Monday through Friday. This role involves front office dental care, patient interactions, insurance verification, and claims processing in a fast-paced, friendly environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and strives to create a memorable patient experience. Schedule Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. Compensation $20-$21 per hour, plus bonus opportunities. Responsibilities Check patients in and out. Verify insurance. Check claim status. Answer phones. Call re-care patients. Schedule appointments. Assist in keeping the schedule full. Collect payments. Requirements Experience in a dental front office setting (6+ months required). Insurance verification and knowledge (required). Knowledge of dental procedure codes (required). Knowledge of claims processing procedures preferred. Customer service skills (answering phones, scheduling, check-in/out). Ability to multitask. High energy with a positive attitude. Detail-oriented, reliable, and punctual. Professional appearance. Dedicated to providing superior customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced office setting. Pleasant phone demeanor. Desire to perform at a high level. Strong technical abilities with patient management systems – Denticon software experience is a plus.
